We aim to combat breaches of human rights in these areas by: Increasing awareness within our organisation and supply chain about the existence and insidious nature of modern slavery and human trafficking in order to disrupt and effectively dismantle their covert operations. Implementing thorough and reliable procedures for the selection and hiring of all new employees. Adhering to ethical and legal guidelines in all internal operations and processes. Collaboratively engaging with and holding members of our supply chain accountable to combat and eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking. Taking swift and decisive action in response to any reports or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking. Imposing sanctions on members of our supply chain as deemed necessary by the company in response to noncompliance. Assessing and addressing the potential risks of modern slavery in the workplace, taking all reasonable steps to eliminate or minimise identified risks. Regularly reviewing and updating our policies and procedures related to health, safety, and modern slavery to ensure their effectiveness and relevance. Whistleblowing We strongly urge all individuals and groups who are affected by our operations or who work closely with us, including stakeholders and partner suppliers, to speak up if they become aware of any potential violations of laws or regulations while carrying out their responsibilities. This includes reporting any suspicions or concerns related to the threat of modern slavery and human trafficking. We urge all stakeholders and partners to be vigilant and to bring any suspected violations to our attention without delay. We have dedicated reporting processes in place to ensure that any concerns or suspicions are handled appropriately and with the utmost confidentiality.
